Hi, I’m Dave.

I chose to expand through UpFRONT Property Care to satisfy a growing demand, but also to share my commitment to reliable, safe, and professional property maintenance in West Cornwall.

When you get in touch, you deal with me directly. I quote the job, I answer the phone, and I am the one on-site carrying out the work.

With a background in industrial safety and specialist tree surgery, I combine the strict standards of a major contractor with the care, tidiness, and personal touch of an established local business.

My background includes over 25 years spent working at height—spanning telecoms and building maintenance through commercial abseiling. This sits alongside specialist areas of arboriculture, covering all aspects of tree surgery, operations management, surveys and consultancy, as well as extensive experience in hard and soft landscaping.

We can offer cost effective specialist building maintenance at height, utilising rope access techniques and MEWPs, allowing us to safely and efficiently handle work others can’t.

Backed by the commercial standards of “UpFOR Solutions Ltd, Specialist Access & Maintenance” we bring specialist precision to domestic and commercial care. My work is backed by comprehensive public liability insurance with a strict understanding of modern safety regulations.

I have trained, studied and qualified with some of the UK’s leading industrial safety, arboricultural and trade bodies.
